The concept of «Ordamed Central Asia» company - not just delivery of hi-tech medical equipment, but also - the most important - organization of full high quality guarantee and post guarantee service.. Taking into account the social importance of delivering medical equipment, its high value and complexity, providing uninterrupted, reliable work gets a priority task for «Ordamed Central Asia» LTD experts. To achieve the said purpose the company has branches and representative offices across the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Service is divided into guarantee and post-guarantee.

Guarantee service

All delivering equipment has guarantee period for 1 year, unless it is stipulated separately in the delivery contract. During the guarantee period company’s experts advice free-of-charge how to operate with delivering medical device. If equipment fails the company’s service engineers carry out examination under established commission, including the customer’s representative. Reasons of equipment fail are detected, then the defective act is issued, and if the defect is a manufacturer’s fault, repair or replacement in terms stipulated by the contract is done. Thus the guarantee period is prolonged for the period of forced equipment outage. In case of abnormal repair terms the « hot replacement » of failed units is done for the period of repair (this condition is stated in the contract specific clause).

When guarantee period is expired « Ordamed Central Asia » company offers its clients post-guarantee service. Post-guarantee service is rendered in two options: 

  • post-guarantee service contract for fixed period (as a rule, for 1 year with an opportunity of the further prolongation);
  • single repair or service contract.

Each of offered options has its own advantages.

The post-guarantee service contract for fixed period allows « Ordamed Central Asia » company clients to be confident that the complex equipment will trouble-free operate even after expired guarantee term. What is this confidence based on? On the following factors:

  • Twice a year « Ordamed Central Asia » company’s experts carry out scheduled maintenance service of the equipment with the purpose of preventive maintenance and to forecast possible fails;
  • preliminary planning of service allows « Ordamed Central Asia » company experts to make required reserve of spare parts and materials in close located warehouses;
  • preliminary planning of service allows to distribute beforehand work of experts in regions;
  • When equipment fail takes place the repair request is priority for the company experts in comparison with single repairs.

Post-guarantee repair under single contracts has one advantage - lower, in comparison with the previous option, budget. But this advantage may be false because of large cost of repair caused by necessity of urgent delivery of spare parts or long downtime because of needed type experts’ absence.  « Ordamed Central Asia » LTD offers such option when equipment has low value and there is an opportunity to replicate operation of failed device with analogue one which the customer has.Proposal on both options of post-guarantee service   « Ordamed Central Asia » company experts provide after special examination and checkup of the equipment.
